This hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of a vibrant city, making it perfect for sightseeing. You can easily walk to historic landmarks, such as Rossio Square and Santa Justa Elevator. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice for getting around. Some rooms have stunning views from the balcony, and the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Great stay for New Year's! The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for places to eat and even helping with restaurant bookings. We were kinda surprised when they presented us with a birthday cake for my husband's celebration. The family room was perfect for us, with enough space for our child.

Disappointing breakfast experience. The buffet was understaffed and there were dirty dishes left from previous guests that were not attended to.

I had an amazing experience at The Lift Boutique Hotel! The location was perfect and I enjoyed the nice balcony. The staff was super helpful and accommodating with all of my requests. The breakfast was delicious, especially the hot section with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, bacon, and beans. The hotel even upgraded me to an apartment, a pleasant surprise. I had a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the center of the city. The value for money is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms, with traditional decoration and a balcony overlooking the Lift itself, is impressive. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, even upgrading us to a much nicer and bigger room. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were excellent. The location on the rear parallel street was perfect, as it allowed us to be directly in the city center and in a wonderful area. The breakfast provided was very satisfactory, and the transportation options were easily accessible.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, right next to the famous 'Lift'. The staff were excellent and arranged transportation for us. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.
